What GotItListed keeps
- Your login: your name, your username, your email, and your phone number if you give one. Your password is kept only scrambled, never as you typed it. If you sign in with Google, the Google account it is linked to. Your last sign-ins, with the internet address each one came from.
- Your items: what is typed about each item, its prices, where it is stored, and who walked it, approved it, posted it and sold it, and when.
- Pictures and videos of your items. The private ones (the sticker, and where it is stored) stay inside your account and never go to a selling site.
- Talk: the messages between the people on your account, and with anyone you send a talk link to.
- Texts: the text messages GotItListed sends to the phones on your account, and their words.
- Your places: the name and spot of each place you work from. When you clock in, your phone's position is used to tell which of your places you are at. Only the place and the time are kept, not the position.
- Phone alerts: the address your phone gives for sending it alerts, if you turn them on.
- Payments: you pay on the payment company's own page. GotItListed keeps what it is told back: the plan, how many logins, and whether it is paid.
- Support messages: what you send from the Support page (your name, your email, your message, and which item or page), with the internet address it came from, so we can write back and keep out spam.
- Selling sites you connect: the link that lets GotItListed list for you there, and what that site says about your listings.
Who sees it
- The people on your account, as their part allows. The owner sees all of the account.
- A selling site sees a listing only when someone on your account posts it there.
- Emails and texts go out through the services that deliver them, with only the address or phone number and the message.
- GotItListed sells nothing about you. No ads, no trackers.
The GotItListed poster (the Chrome extension)
- It runs only on gotitlisted.com and on the Facebook Marketplace pages that GotItListed's Go opened: the Create listing page, and Facebook's ad page after you press Boost yourself.
- It reads the item from GotItListed with your own sign-in, and fills Facebook's Create listing with it.
- It never presses Publish, Post or Boost. Those presses are yours.
- It sends what it did only to gotitlisted.com (and to bizyrocket.com/sell, the older home of the same items, until they move here): the listing's link once it is posted, the ad amount you set, Facebook's list of categories, and, when a box can't be filled, the names of the boxes on that page.
- It does not read your Facebook profile, your friends or your messages.
- Where it is in a listing is kept in that tab only, and is gone when the tab closes.
